Trent Fogelson of Camp Verde, AZ, Serves as Committee Member with the Student Health and Advisory Council at Northern Arizona University

Camp Verde, AZ resident Trent Fogelson, majoring in Biology and Fitness Wellness was selected as Committee Member for the 2013-14 academic year with the Student Health and Advisory Committee at Northern Arizona University's residential campus in Flagstaff, AZ.

The Student Health and Advisory Committee (SHAC) acts as a two-way liaison between university administration and the students regarding health care issues. Members are an advocating body for student wellness and promote a healthy lifestyle on campus and work to plan various health events, manage health marketing materials, advocate for health policy change, create and give health presentations, conduct health-related surveys and interviews with other students, and be ethical and responsible leaders.

Health Promotion advocates for student health and well-being and offers students a fun, interactive way to become educated on health, become proactive, and even help others.
