Tito Bailey of Kayenta, AZ, Named as Gates Millennial Scholar at NAU

Kayenta, AZ resident, Tito Bailey, was named as a Gates Millennium Scholar at Northern Arizona University. Bailey is a Freshman majoring in Physical Therapy .

The Gates Millennium Scholars (GMS) Program, established in 1999, was initially funded by a $1 billion grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The program selects 1,000 talented students each year to receive a good-through-graduation (up to a PhD) scholarship to use at any college or university of their choice. The foundation provides Gates Millennium Scholars with personal and professional development through our leadership programs along with academic support throughout their college career. http://www.gmsp.org
